Beach Putt Putt

I promise this is the last of the vacation pictures!  While we were gone we had to go play putt putt!  We actually went twice!  Sammy definitely improved since last year and even by the second trip we went on!

The Beach Photo Shoot

Every year we do a photo shoot on the beach. I am certainly not a photographer but with the beach as a background and a super cute subject I usually figure I can’t go wrong

We rode the “alligator” down to the beach (that is what Sammy called the elevator):

Fall Bucket List

I had so much fun with the Summer Bucket List I wanted to make one for the Fall.  I am sure it wont be as long as the summer one! 

1. Pick Apples
2. Camping
3. Fire pit
4. Cook a meal over the fire
5. Pumpkin picking
6. Go to the big farm for fall fun
7. Go to the Frontier Agricultural Museum
8. Make some Thanksgiving name cards
9. Get Christmas shopping done before the end of November
10. Make some Fall crafts with Sammy
11. Make some Halloween crafts with Sammy
12. Make some Thanksgiving crafts with Sammy
13. Finish at least  half of the homemade gift list by the end of November
14. Have the supplies for all the other homemade gifts by end of November
15. Finish purging things from the house
16. Decorate for Fall
17. Make apple Pie
18. Make pumpkin Pie
19. Make pumpkin bread
20. Make apple crisp

Fall Into Reading 2011

Callapidder Days is hosting her Fall Into Reading blog hop and I had to join in!  I did good finishing my reading list in the Spring.. So I tried to keep my list short again so I could finish it for this challenge!   So without further ado here my Fall Reading list:

1. Firefly Lane- I am almost finished with this book and I am loving it.  So I want to finish this book!

2. The Red Tent: A Novel- I have had this on my reading list forever!  So now is a great time to read it!

3.Picture Perfect- I love Jodi Picoult and I have a large collection of her books.  However, I can’t read them back to back since they can be a little similar in plot.  So I read one or two every year

4.Water for Elephants: A Novel- another one I have had on my reading list FOREVER.  It’s time to read it!

5.The Friday Night Knitting Club (Friday Night Knitting Club Novels)- This a new to me author but now that I am knitting it seemed like the perfect book to try  

I have a bunch of old books on my reading list that I have wanted to read but they always got put on the back burner.  What books have you guys been reading lately?

Around the Condo and Pool

He had such an amazing time on vacation.  I tried to live in the moment instead of walking around with my camera all the time.  I did however take some pictures when it was convenient and to capture some of our vacation!
