Water Beads

Tim’s sisters had some water beads that they were done with.  They gave us some of them to play with!  Sammy has had a blast with them!  One day we played with them in the tub!  Sammy thought this was the best activity ever!

He tried hard to balance them on his head:

These were definitely hard to clean up.  These water beads had been expanded for a long time and split open easily.  You can’t let these go down the drain either Smile with tongue out!  We put them in a colander and that worked pretty good!

Looks like a lot of fun! Great idea :) Might be fun in the summer time in a little pool, too. (no drain worries there..hehe!)

Hi Lindsay! I saw those beads at Steve Spangler Science. I want to use them in my classroom. They look like so much fun.

I don't know if you remember me, but I used to have a blog called Monkey See, Monkey Do. My last blog post was in June of last year. I have a new blog now, Louvier's Place http://louviersplace.blogspot.com
I'm back in the blogging world, again. Your son has gotten so big!!!
